Common Support Questions
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it at ups.com or usps.com to track your package. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, call us at 1-866-987-2437.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. For shipping damage, you’ll also need to file a claim with UPS at ups.com or call 1-800-PICKUPS. See our full Returns & Claims page for details.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns on most unopened, undamaged items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Visit our Returns & Claims page for the full policy and list of non-returnable items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are typically processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please call us at 1-866-987-2437 as soon as possible (Mon – Fri, 9AM – 3PM MST) and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.
Do you fill balloons I bought elsewhere?
Yes! Bring your balloons to any Zurchers location and we’ll fill them — you just pay for the helium. Note that we are not responsible if an outside balloon pops or does not float.
How do I check inventory at my local store?
Online inventory quantities are estimates and not guaranteed. For the most accurate, real-time availability, please call your local store directly.
