Do you ship to Hawaii & Alaska?
Yes, but standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer than the estimated 3–5 business days. If you need expedited delivery, please contact our customer support team to discuss available options. Note that 2–3 day and 1 Day Air shipping may cost more for these states — we may contact you to collect additional payment if required.
Can Zurchers deny or adjust shipping charges?
We reserve the right to deny service based on excess shipping charges or product unavailability, and may require additional payment if shipping costs are excessive based on the weight or size of an order.

Local Delivery
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of most Zurchers locations. Delivery is available Monday – Friday (excluding major holidays).
Local delivery is not currently available from our Logan and Idaho Falls locations.
What are the delivery time windows?
We offer two 4-hour delivery windows. We cannot guarantee a specific time within these windows, but your order will arrive within the selected slot.

Available Mon – Thu only
On Fridays, only the 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM window is available. No delivery on Saturdays or major holidays.

How do I track my order?
Do balloons ship inflated?
No — all balloons are shipped uninflated. Bring them to any Zurchers location for inflation, or inflate them at home with your own pump or helium tank.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
We recommend ordering well in advance of your event. If you have a hard deadline, call our customer support team at 1-866-987-2437 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–3PM MST) and we'll do our best to help.
My package arrived damaged — what do I do?
If your package was damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with UPS at ups.com or call 1-800-PICKUPS. You can also contact us and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
