Online Guarantee

Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*Refunds for online orders can only be issued up to 120 days from the original day of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any product is damaged or missing from your order, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date. This ensures immediate and appropriate action can be taken to correct the situation.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us and we will gladly email you a return form with all instructions on how to successfully return an order.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Any items that have been opened or used
• Edible items (due to health laws)
• Wearables that have been opened — including morph suits, costumes, wigs, and hats (due to health regulations)
• Life-size standups
• Seasonal/holiday products returned after the holiday

Online orders of silly string and other aerosols must be return shipped via FedEx Ground.

Retail Store Return Policy

• All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. The Store Manager has the authority to make the final decision for all returns.
• Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original transaction.
• Changes to balloon orders must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Balloon orders are non-refundable if not picked up.
• Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.
• Items that are not returnable: edible items; wearables such as morph suits, wigs, and costumes that have been opened; hats (due to health regulations); and life-size cardboard standups.
