Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any reason as long as the product is unopened and undamaged. Once we receive your returned items, we will credit you back the purchase price within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please verify your order as soon as you receive your package. If there are any problems, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Are there items I can't return?
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Life-size standups
- Vuvuzelas
- Morphsuits
- Wearables (costumes, wigs, hats, etc.)
- Candy and perishable food items
- Clearance items
- Seasonal / holiday products returned after the holiday

How to Return an Item
How do I return merchandise I purchased?
Returns are simple. Just make sure the product is unopened and undamaged, then:
- Include a copy of your receipt or invoice showing which items you're returning.
- Ship the item back at your own expense.
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Standups, clearance items, and food products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged Orders
What if my package arrives damaged?
Once a package leaves our warehouse it is in the care of UPS. If your package appears to have been damaged in shipping, you'll need to notify UPS directly:
- File an official complaint at ups.com or call 1-800-PICKUPS.
- A UPS representative will be sent to assess the damaged package.
- Once assessed, UPS will issue a reimbursement check directly to you.
Zurchers has a strict policy to never ship damaged goods. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will personally handle your order.
