Return and Refund Policies

Online Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when you place your order! That is why you receive our 100% satisfaction guarantee with everything you purchase online! If you aren't completely satisfied with your product you can return the product to us for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 

*Refunds for online orders can only be issued up to 120days from the original day of purchase.

If there is any product damaged or missing from your order, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order. This is to ensure that immediate and appropriate action can be taken to correct the situation. You can call us at 866-987-2437, or email us at: zurchersonline@zurchers.com.

When returning items please  contact us and we will gladly email you a return form that has all instructions on how to successfully return an order. 

Any items opened or used are non-refundable. Edible items are non-refundable due to health laws. Other items that are not returnable include wearables such as  morph suits, costumes and wigs that have been opened along with hats because of health regulations. Life size stand ups are not returnable or refundable. Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.

Online orders of silly string and other aerosols must be return shipped via Federal Express Ground.

Retail Store Return Policy 

  • All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. The Store Manager has the authority to make a final decision for all returns.

  • Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original transaction.

  • Changes to balloon orders must be made 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Balloon orders are non-refundable if failed to be picked up.
  • Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.
  • Items that are not returnable: edible items, wearables such as morph suits, wigs, and costumes that have been opened & hats due to health regulations. Life size cardboard stand ups are also not returnable or refundable
