If you aren't completely satisfied with your product you can return the product to us for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
*Refunds for online orders can only be issued up to 120days from the original day of purchase.
If there is any product damaged or missing from your order, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order. When returning items please contact us and we will gladly email you a return form that has all instructions on how to successfully return an order.
Any items opened or used are non-refundable. Edible items are non-refundable due to health laws. Other items that are not returnable include wearables such as morph suits, costumes and wigs that have been opened along with hats because of health regulations. Life size stand ups are not returnable or refundable. Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.
Online orders of silly string and other aerosols must be return shipped via Federal Express Ground.
